  1. Why do I appear to have 2 account balances?
In early August 2000, 2000 Online Casino upgraded our Java Games from 2.1 Games to the Beyond2000 line of Java Games. Our current Sportsbook still runs on the old 2.1 system, while our new casino, lottery and bingo games all run on the 2000 system. When you upgrade your 2.1 account, or signup for a 2000 account for the first time, you will have one username/password, but 2 EFS accounts, one for Sportsbook and one for all the other 2000 Online Casino products. To deposit and withdraw money from the sportsbook, go to your Sportsbook(or if you have previously downloaded our 2.1 casino software or received a CD in the mail, go to the "money section" in the casino) account and click on "account" and follow the links from there. You can deposit and withdraw from your 2000 account via the "Your account" link on the 2000 Online Casino website.

All new products added to 2000 Online Casino will be compatible with your new EFS/2000 Online Casino 2000 account. Additional Bingo, Lottery and Casino games will be launching over the coming months, and our new Pari-mutuel horse wagering product will be launching in September.

  2. Is all my information secure?
Security for our customers has always been our top priority. This gaming site and EFS International both use the SSL Protocol to provide privacy and reliability between two communicating applications. SSL uses 128 bit encryption, which ensures server and client authentication. This is done through encrypted algorithms and cryptographic keys.

What all this means is that before any data is sent from you, the client, to the server, or vice versa, the data is encrypted before it is transmitted. This will make it impossible for anyone to break this code and gain any confidential information.

Also be careful when you choose your login and password. We recommend you choose a login and password that cannot easily be connected to you, your family or gaming. We strongly advise against code words like Casino, cash, password or money. Never forget your login, password.
